One of the world’s largest licensed online gaming companies, serving consumers world wide with internet: Sports Betting, Casino and Poker. BETonSPORTS has operation centres in UK Antigua, Costa Rica and Malaysia.
Achievements: Spearheaded the growth and corporate development of BETonSPORTS from its early entrepreneurial roots to a highly profitable, dynamic business culminating in a public listing on the London Stock Exchange AiM Market in July 2004, raising over $150 million ($50 million new money), diversifying the business into additional gaming products of casino games multi player poker and delivering a successful new market penetration strategy in Asia with two successful acquisitions, Easy Bets (May 2005) and Hooball (May 2006). Built a strong management team and operations infrastructure to take the business forward, leading by setting industry standards of responsible operating best practice and the promotion of permissive regulation and consumer protections.
