Achievements: After graduating with an MBA in 1995 David was invited to accept the post of visiting lecturer and delivered lectures on International Management and Strategic Management to undergraduate and post graduate business programmes, including the MBA programme and acted in the capacity of visiting lecture to the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Ladbroke Racing ltd – Trainee to Senior Executive Manager
The UK’s largest retail bookmaker with retail and online operations serving markets in UK, Europe and Asia.
Achievements: Having joined Ladbrokes at 18 David is described as an ‘industry lifer’. Experiencing continuous career progression David moved from the shop floor to executive management. Management experience spanning nearly a quarter of a century navigating industry dynamics, encompassing dramatic change including: several bouts of liberalisation, increased competition, deregulation and technical innovation. A seasoned operator rising through the ranks to lead, innovate and consistently achieve above the norm performance in: business profitability and growth, change management, project management, business development and people development.
Personal
A recognised leisure and gaming industry expert with excellent presentation and public speaking skills across all media platforms. David has been a keynote speaker on management and gaming industry topics at world wide industry events for over 5 years.
Leisure time hobbies include cooking, travel and all sport. David is married with two grown up children, a UK passport holder with a clean driving license. |
