To run and exercise everyday for the remainder of my life, promoting sustainable good health, enjoying engaging competition and fulfilling personal challenges.

Running Goals:
1. To run an AGT (Age Graded Time) for a marathon in International Standard, a sub 2:50:00 time.
2. To run the Great Wall of China with my friends.
3. To achieve optimum physical condition and good heath for as long as possible.
4. To inspire others to adopt a more healthy life style and achieve their full potential.
